The Manager, Dealer Relations leads, coaches, and develops a high‑performing sales team, contributing to strategic direction and executing sales targets across Canada.

• Directly manage, coach, and develop a sales team regionalized within Canada.
• Work cross‑functionally with other departments to communicate customer needs and product requirements.
• Analyze pipeline development and forecasting for individual and team performance.
• Drive a growth mindset, accountability, trust, and integrity within the team.
• Lead rollout of new products and programs, ensuring proper training and adoption.
• Communicate effectively up and down the organization.
• Perform sales management administration (forecasting, region reviews, etc.).
• Implement sales processes and methodologies.
• Provide spot coaching and organized up‑skilling sessions.
• Participate in speaking engagements and face‑to‑face responsibilities as required.
• Execute against strategic objectives for the team.
• Travel into market with team members to provide in‑field coaching and development.

• Previous management and leadership experience.
• Track record of success and strategic initiative execution.
• Experience selling SaaS or technology subscriptions (preferred).
• Proficiency with sales technology tools, including CRM and Looker.
• Ambitious sales leader committed to team success.
• Exceptional credibility with team members and organizations.
• Decisiveness and accountability in prior roles.
• Servant leadership through emotional intelligence and “grit,” guiding teams through strategic change.

Salary range: $168,000—$210,000 USD (base). Total rewards include equity, bonuses, RSUs, comprehensive benefits, and flexible hybrid work model.
