Assistant Facilities Manager

Ensure all vendors are in compliance with contract and all insurance requirements are met.omply with all requirements of the client contract and meet or exceed key performance indicators.

** Required Qualifications
**** Preferred Qualifications
*** Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision
* Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints
* Undergraduate degree preferred, or equivalent experience
* 2+ years of experience in facilities management or related field.
* Experience with managing a small team
* Basic knowledge of building systems (mechanical and electrical systems)
* Effective contractor management skills
* Proficient in a range of information technology tools and platforms.
* Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills
