Mechanic's Helper

Join our team and help keep plant operations running at peak performance. We’re looking for a reliable, safety-focused Mechanic’s Helper who’s ready to learn, work hard, and grow in an industrial environment.

Mechanic’s Helper – $21/hr

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Assisting with industrial equipment maintenance and repairs
• Supporting construction-related tasks (painting, patching, minor repairs)
• Helping maintain inventory and tools
• Working closely with Operations and the Lead Engineer to troubleshoot issues
• Following all safety procedures and company policies

• Ability to read and write
• Strong communication and observational skills
• Dependable team player with a positive attitude
• Quick learner who takes initiative
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety
• Willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities

• Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, and lift up to 75 lbs
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment with noise, vibration, and moving equipment
• Use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
