About

The Role

As a CBRE Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll provide service and support to the warehouse by handling shipping and receiving tasks. This job is part of the Supply Chain function, responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of the organization’s supply chain. The role is fully onsite Monday‑Friday in Boston, MA with hours about 7:30am‑4pm and some potential flexibility as needed.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist with loading and unloading merchandise or material from cars or trucks.
  • Set up and coordinate shipments through various couriers and interact with other departments.
  • Help pack and unpack shipments, including processing, scanning, shelving parts, pulling orders, and entering data into inventory control systems.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment; sweep and mop floors.
  • Maintain upkeep of the stockroom and other storage areas, merging existing stock to improve space usage.
  • Perform labeling of materials under required procedures.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having limited discretion.
  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
What You’ll Need
  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job‑related experience. Equipment certification for forklifts, aerial lifts, and power pallet jacks may be required.
  • Ability to handle shipments containing temperature‑sensitive materials.
  • Experience with DOT/IATA regulations is preferred.
  • Valid and active driver’s license.
  • Physical ability to stoop, stand, climb, and frequently lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
  • Communication skills for exchanging straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Compensation

The compensation is about $27/hr with some potential flexibility based on experience. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
