Amtrak - - Responsibilities:
Operates the on-board diagnostic monitoring system of the equipment;
Diagnoses cause of electronic, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems malfunction or failure and troubleshoots;
Trains Amtrak's QMP employees in proper troubleshooting techniques and maintenance procedures;
Lead and direct system and equipment technicians and provide training;
Analyzes data collected after revenue service and prepares delays and technical reports
