Description

Peabody Properties seeks an experienced Cleaner/Maintenance to join its team at an apartment community in Roxbury, MA.

• Maintaining a high level of cleanliness in buildings' common areas and other assigned areas.
• Janitorial and grounds care.
• Performing work orders, including snow/ice removal.
• Maintaining exterior grounds according to company standards.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Ability to take initiative and be self-motivated.
• Excellent customer service skills a must.
• Reliable vehicle required to fulfill essential duties of the job.

• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of previous cleaning experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible & reliable.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
