This position will be a 50/50 spilt between office and out and about. Your responsibilities will include developing new relationships and maintaining existing, overseeing the whole project cycle which will includes estimating and project management, and proposing and selling their services such as equipment installation as well as contracting services.

The Role:

• Base salary: $95,000 - $104,000 (OTE: $150,000 - $400,000+++), Uncapped Commission, Vehicle Allowance and Gas Card, Medical, 401k, Cell Phone.
• Developing new relationships and maintaining existing relationships.
• Overseeing the whole project cycle which includes estimating and project management.
• Proposing and selling their services such as equipment installation as well as contracting services.

The Candidate:

• Experience in HVAC.
• US Work Authorization.
