Overview
Perform PMs and daily rounds. Answer tenant and client work requests. Clean, paint and troubleshoot building system issues in a commercial office building in Boston.
Responsibilities- Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and daily rounds
- Respond to tenant and client work requests
- Clean, paint, and troubleshoot building system issues
- Commercial office building experience is required
- 608/Universal CFC certification required
- OSHA 10 certification is preferred; if not held, the employer will provide training
