IST Management is seeking a Route Driver/Package Locker Loader for the Boston team! Ideal candidates will have an understanding of mail services, possess an excellent customer service mindset, be willing to train, and be ready to grow in their professional office services career. $19.00–21.00 USD

Monday‑Friday, shifts between 7:30 AM and 8:00 PM (8‑hour shifts)

• Drive company‑provided vehicles around a university campus
• Deliver packages to designated mail stops in different faculty buildings
• Deliver and load packages into lockers for student pickup in various campus locations
• Scan incoming and outgoing packages to and from couriers
• Sort and file packages for customer pickup
• Deliver packages to labs as needed
• Process outgoing packages
• Maintain high levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
• Manage shipping & receiving tasks
• Lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages, and shipments of paper
• Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
• Take direction from a supervisor or site manager
• Participate in cross‑training
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred
• Prior mail services experience is a plus
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Keyboarding and Windows PC skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively individually or in a team environment
• Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
• Ability to meet the employer’s attendance policy
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
