We are seeking a motivated Insurance Defense Associate Attorney (2–5 years of experience) to join the firm’s litigation team in Boston, MA
. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented attorney with solid litigation experience who is ready to take on increased responsibility and contribute to high-quality defense work.

In this role, you will assist with defense matters, including workers’ compensation, third-party claims, and related casualty and liability disputes. You will work closely with senior attorneys to support litigation strategy, client communication, and courtroom preparation.

• Support defense of workers’ compensation and insurance-related matters in state and federal proceedings
• Draft pleadings, discovery responses, motions, correspondence, and legal analysis
• Conduct legal research and prepare briefs to advance case strategy
• Manage aspects of case files and deadlines effectively
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, and trials as appropriate
• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and case planning

• 2–5 years of insurance defense or related litigation experience
• Strong litigation background with solid research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Admitted and in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
