One is pleased to collaborate with a global law firm in their search for an experienced Technology Agreements Attorney to support their corporate client on a remote basis in the Boston area for three to six months, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The attorney will assist the firm’s corporate technology, outsourcing & commercial transactions practice group to support a large corporate client.
This project is scheduled to begin in early March.
The work will be focused on negotiating technology, outsourcing, and other complex commercial transactions and drafting the agreements necessary to support those transactions.
Qualifications:
- JD or educational equivalent required
- 3 to 5 years of post-JD practicing experience at a large law firm and/or in-house legal department.
- Must have current experience in technology and/or other complex commercial transactions, including a strong background in drafting and negotiating agreements.
- Experience in outsourcing transactions is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in Massachusetts.
Pay rate:
Commensurate with experience, starting at $60/hour.
