Job Summary
The Litigation Associate will support a busy civil litigation practice handling complex matters from inception through resolution. This role is ideal for an attorney with at least one year of civil litigation experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values collaboration, and is eager to develop strong advocacy and courtroom skills. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and meaningful exposure to a broad range of litigation matters.

• Manage a civil litigation caseload from initial pleadings through trial or resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses with attention to detail and deadlines
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda to support litigation strategy
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
• Take and defend fact witness and expert depositions
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing case updates and status reports
• Collaborate with partners, senior attorneys, experts, and support staff on case strategy

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active admission to the Massachusetts State Bar
• At least one year of civil litigation experience
• Experience practicing in Massachusetts state and federal courts
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Ability to draft and argue dispositive motions and manage discovery effectively

• Competitive salary range of $110,000–$130,000 depending on experience
