A well-established, litigation-focused firm in Boston is looking to add a mid–senior level litigation associate to its general commercial litigation practice. This is a rare opportunity to join a firm known for exceptional retention, real responsibility, and a genuinely healthy culture.

• Handle commercial litigation matters from early stages through resolution
• Work across contract disputes, business torts, and partnership/shareholder conflicts
• Take ownership of motions, hearings, and discovery with real courtroom exposure
• Manage an active caseload while receiving strong partner support
• Engage directly with clients — associates are visible, trusted, and empowered
• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Experience with commercial disputes (contracts, fraud, fiduciary duties, governance)
• Able to manage a high-volume docket efficiently and independently
• Admitted in Massachusetts (or eligible)
• Team-first mindset — collaborative, grounded, and professional
• Exposure to real estate, land use, or insurance-related litigation
• Trial experience (supported and coached if limited)
• Broad litigation background vs. narrow specialization
