Family Law Paralegal

Overview

Verrill is actively reviewing resumes for a Family Law Paralegal in our Boston, Massachusetts office. As one of New England’s top full-service law firms, we are interested in hiring talented individuals to join our team. • Drafting, reviewing, and analyzing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, financial statements, and discovery requests and responses
• Coordinating and managing Rule 410 Compliance
• Collaborating with attorneys to prepare for trials, hearings, and meetings
• Interfacing professionally with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals
• Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information

• Highly motivated self-starter with strong communication skills and relevant experience in family law or litigation
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate is a plus
• Ability to produce high quality work in a timely and professional manner while providing exceptional client service and team support in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Financial acumen
• Advanced computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Turbo Law)
• Comprehensive knowledge of Probate and Family Court processes and procedures
• Proven project management skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and enjoy working as part of a team in a collaborative environment
