A nationally recognized forensic accounting and valuation advisory firm is seeking experienced Directors and Partners to join its growing leadership team. With a strong reputation for excellence in high-stakes financial disputes, complex litigation support, and expert witness services, the firm is expanding and looking for senior professionals ready to make a strategic impact.

Ideal candidates will bring deep technical expertise, established client relationships, and a passion for delivering high-quality, defensible work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Role Highlights
  • Lead high-profile forensic accounting, economic damages, and valuation engagements across a range of industries and legal contexts.
  • Work closely with attorneys, corporate clients, and stakeholders on matters involving complex commercial disputes, investigations, and financial analysis.
  • Provide expert opinions and testimony in litigation, arbitration, and mediation settings.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor in high-stakes matters.
  • Drive business development initiatives, leveraging your existing book of business and professional network.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, team development, and firm growth initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
  • Significant experience (typically 10+ years) in forensic accounting, litigation consulting, dispute resolution, and/or complex valuation.
  • Proven track record managing and delivering expert services in legal contexts.
  • An existing book of business and strong professional relationships within law firms, corporations, or the broader dispute advisory space.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting complex findings to legal audiences and in testimony.
  • Professional credentials such as CPA, ABV, CFF, ASA, or CFA are highly desirable.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture.

This is a unique opportunity to join a respected, high-growth firm where your leadership will have real impact—without the bureaucracy of larger organizations.
