I am currently working with a firm based out of Boston who are actively seeking a Corporate Partner to join their team as they look to increase headcount. In terms of the opportunity, here are the headlines:

• Take control of your work/life balance: Work a flexible 3/2 in office schedule to give you control and autonomy over your schedule!

• Provide legal counsel on Corporate Transactions: including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, debt-financing and corporate governance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of Commercial Agreements: including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Conduct due diligence and assist with Corporate Document Matters
  : including the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex business deals.
• Advise clients on Compliance: Keep in check and up to date with Federal and state Corporate laws and regulatory requirements.

• Up to $250K Base
• Origination Related Commission
