Salary: $70,000 - 85,000 Annually, Depending on Experience

We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal who is passionate about estate planning, estate administration, and probate. This candidate will be excited to join a dedicated team where they’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in clients' lives.

• Opening and managing client files
• Conducting initial client intake
• Preparing and drafting estate planning documents
• Supporting the administration of estates and trusts
• Meeting with clients and maintaining excellent communication

• 2+ years of experience in estate administration and estate planning
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Paralegal certification or degree in legal services (preferred)
• Experience using LEAP legal software
