Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Litigation Paralegal to join its Boston office. In this role, you’ll work closely with attorneys to support all stages of litigation, from early case development through trial preparation. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support attorneys with trial, hearing, and meeting preparation by organizing case materials and evidence
  • Conduct legal research using Westlaw and other tools to assist with case strategy
  • Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, contracts, and correspondence
  • Communicate with clients and witnesses to collect information relevant to active cases
  • Maintain well-organized and accurate case files
  • Track deadlines and ensure documents are filed with the court on time
  • Provide general administrative support to keep the department running smoothly
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated proficiency in drafting and preparing legal documents.
  • Experience with reviewing and managing case-related documents
  • Skilled in conducting thorough legal research to support case arguments
  • Knowledge of creating and managing pleadings and motions accurately
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with legal research tools such as Westlaw.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certification is preferred
