  Join a team adding multiple attorneys across multiple levels, handling 100+ active cases across the country with opportunities to shape complex defenses for insurers like Travelers, Chubb and GEICO.

• Litigate Diverse Defense Cases
  :
  Manage a robust caseload of negligence, premises liability, and motor vehicle claims, representing major insurers in New York and federal courts, from initial pleadings through trial preparation and verdicts.
• Draft Precision Legal Documents
  :
  Craft motions for summary judgment, discovery demands, and trial briefs, ensuring airtight defenses for clients like Chubb and Progressive.
• Lead Discovery and Depositions
  :
  Spearhead document reviews, interrogatories, and depositions of witnesses and experts, building compelling case narratives for high‑stakes disputes, including construction and municipal liability matters.
• Negotiate and Mediate
  :
  Engage in settlement talks and alternative dispute resolution, securing favorable outcomes for clients in approximately 75% of mediated cases, leveraging the firm’s arbitration expertise across MA jurisdictions.
