Position Overview
Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC, a dynamic full‑service law firm with more than 300 attorneys and 14 offices across New York State, Boston, Kansas City, Florida and New Jersey, is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate for our Albany, NY office.
Location: Albany, NY
Skills and Educational Requirements- Current NY Bar admission
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- 2–5 years of litigation or other relevant legal experience, including at least one year of labor and employment law experience
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and respond promptly to client needs
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and project‑management skills
- Committed to the legal profession and teamwork approach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

CompensationThe salary range for this Associate‑level role is $110,000 – $150,000, which represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of potential compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s years of experience, qualifications, skill set, and office location. Associates may also be eligible for a performance‑based annual bonus.
