Associate Attorney (Imsurance Coverage Litigation) - Boston, MA (02108)

About the Role:
Our client, a leading litigation law firm with a long-standing reputation in insurance coverage, is hiring an Associate Attorney to join its Boston-based team. This is a high-impact role supporting a legacy practice group known for handling complex insurance coverage litigation. The ideal candidate will bring deep subject matter expertise and a proactive approach to managing files from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a docket of insurance coverage litigation matters independently
• Analyze policy language and draft comprehensive coverage opinions
• Prepare pleadings, dispositive motions, and memoranda
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic litigation support
• Participate in depositions, court hearings, and client meetings
• Maintain regular communication with clients, offering guidance and updates
• Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on high-stakes matters

Qualifications:

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in Massachusetts
• 3-6 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation
• Proficiency in handling CGL and other commercial policy disputes
• Strong written and verbal advocacy skills
• Ability to manage cases independently while contributing to team strategy
