Mid-level Pharmaceutical Litigation Associate
Our client is an AmLaw 100 firm seeking a pharmaceutical patent litigation associate. The role is available in Washington, DC;
Boston;
Houston;
San Francisco; or Silicon Valley. Salary range: $250k–$395k.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical patent litigation with a focus on Hatch‑Waxman litigation and dispute counseling.
- Degree in biology, chemistry, or a related pharmaceutical field.
- USPTO registration or ability to become registered preferred.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice or ability to become admitted.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. required.
