A premier national employment law practice is expanding its Boston litigation team and is seeking a mid-level associate ready to take on substantive responsibility in complex employment matters while benefiting from best-in-class training and mentorship.

• Nationally recognized Labour & Employment litigation practice
• Direct partner access with structured mentoring, CLE, and internal training academies
• Exposure to complex, high-value disputes, including discrimination, wage & hour, and class/collective actions
• Sophisticated client base supported by advanced legal technology

• 3+ years of employment litigation experience in a law firm environment
• Hands-on experience with discrimination, wrongful discharge, wage & hour, and/or class actions
• Active Massachusetts Bar admission
• Strong academic background
• Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Comfortable handling matters with limited supervision
