The Intellectual Property Team is trusted by clients to protect their most critical assets in high-stakes disputes. They are seeking several individuals to join their Intellectual Property Group including:

• Mid-Level Intellectual Property Litigation Associate
• Junior Mid-Level Associate – IP (Biology)
• Junior Mid-Level Associate – IP (Engineering)

• Represent companies in high-stakes intellectual property disputes.
• Manage all aspects of case development and presentation.
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients in a fast-paced, high-performing practice.

• Mid-Level Intellectual Property Litigation Associate: 4 to 7 years of substantial experience litigating intellectual property disputes.
• Trial and deposition experience.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

The firm operates in a hybrid model, requiring attorneys to be in the office at least four days per week.
