Mid-Level Intellectual Property Litigation Associate About This Firm
Our client is an AM Law 200 law firm headquartered in Boston with strong commitment to relationships. The Intellectual Property Team is trusted by clients to protect their most critical assets in high-stakes disputes. They are seeking several individuals to join their Intellectual Property Group including:
- Mid-Level Intellectual Property Litigation Associate
- Junior Mid-Level Associate – IP (Biology)
- Junior Mid-Level Associate – IP (Engineering)
- Represent companies in high-stakes intellectual property disputes.
- Manage all aspects of case development and presentation.
- Collaborate closely with partners and clients in a fast-paced, high-performing practice.
- Mid-Level Intellectual Property Litigation Associate: 4 to 7 years of substantial experience litigating intellectual property disputes.
- Trial and deposition experience.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong analytical and writing skills.
- Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
The firm operates in a hybrid model, requiring attorneys to be in the office at least four days per week.
