Overview
FDR Consulting Group has over 20 years of experience in providing job placements for individual attorneys, practice groups, and facilitating mergers for law firms and corporations.
RolePatent Associate/Sr. Associate Attorney or Patent Agent with 2+ years of firm/industry experience in patent preparation and prosecution, client counseling, portfolio management, Freedom-to-operate, patentability, invalidity analysis, due diligence and post grant proceeding. Associate/Sr. Associate attorneys and Patent Agents should have an advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry/Pharmaceutical Sciences or similar field.
Qualifications- 2+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
- Excellent client communications skills.
- USPTO registration and/or State Bar in Massachusetts/Pennsylvania or Washington DC
- Ph.D. degree in Organic Chemistry/Biochemistry or similar.
