Litigation Associate

We specialize in a broad range of legal areas, including product liability, premises liability, automotive liability, liquor liability, construction accidents, environmental liability, insurance coverage, commercial disputes, employment litigation, subrogation, and general liability.

We’re looking for a highly motivated Attorney (2-5 years of litigation experience) to join our team. Rhode Island bar admission or eligibility is a plus.

• Handle your own caseload, while working closely with partners on litigation strategy and client development
• Draft written discovery, dispositive motions, and other key legal documents
• Prepare clients for depositions and defend/participate in depositions
• Attend court hearings, trials, mediations, and other litigation-related events
• Provide direct client interaction, offering updates and guidance on case progress
