Interim Commercial Real Estate Associate

Overview

Our client seeks a skilled transactional attorney to partner with its commercial real estate team for a three-plus month assignment.

Our client is a well-respected AmLaw 200 firm with offices throughout the Eastern Seaboard.

Four or more years working as a commercial real estate associate in a law firm.

• Review, negotiate, and draft myriad commercial agreements to represent developers and borrowers in complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, public and private financing, and zoning.
• Examine and analyze loan documentation.
• Conduct title and survey reviews.
• Conduct legal research as needed.

• Excellent academic and professional credentials including a law degree from a well-respected national, accredited law school.
• Four or more years acquired in a top law firm advising commercial real estate clients.
• Command of issues associated with reviewing, drafting, and negotiating myriad commercial estate documents associated with the acquisition, disposition, and loans associated with multi-million-dollar projects.
• Experience conducting title and survey review.
• Fastidious attention to detail in oral and written communication
