Job Overview

Hybrid schedule – growing law firm. This role is hosted by Scott Rundlett. Salary $175,000 – $275,000 per year. A full‑service business law firm with a reputation for thoughtful, strategic, and practical legal counsel. Attorneys collaborate closely across industries, with deep experience in litigation, corporate transactions, bankruptcy, and real estate.

• Support a broad range of business and real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, and financing of businesses and commercial real estate.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents with strong attention to detail.
• Handle entity formation and governance matters.
• Conduct commercial leasing and real estate title matters (preferred).
• Perform due diligence and manage closings.

• Corporate associate with 8+ years of experience in transactional practice.
• Strong writing and communication skills are essential.
• Dynamic workflow and opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative setting.
