Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Skilled at arguing motions
• Participate in depositions, court hearings and trial prep.
• Actively participate in negotiation settlements
• Exceptional skills with written and oral arguments
• Active membership with the MA State Bar
• Motivated to grow and advance
