Real Estate Paralegal - Major National Firm

Overview

Our client, a major national law firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join its Boston office. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a sophisticated real estate practice on complex commercial transactions.

• Support commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
• Coordinate due diligence, review title, survey, and zoning materials.
• Prepare and manage closing documents and checklists.
• Handle recordings and closing books.
• Draft and file UCCs.
• Prepare Land Court and registry filings.
• Assist with foreclosure matters.
• Draft a variety of real estate documents such as leases, purchase agreements, deeds, easements, and formation documents.

The ideal candidate will have commercial real estate experience in a law firm. Proficiency with iManage, InTapp, Kofax, and/or Orbital is important.
