We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team. This role will involve working on complex litigation issues, developing strategies, and representing clients in court. The successful candidate will have a strong background in litigation, with a particular focus on motions and strategy.

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend or prosecute lawsuits.
• Interact with clients to provide advice and counsel on litigation strategies.
• Draft and review various legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
• Conduct research and analysis of legal problems to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
• Develop litigation strategies and evaluate findings to develop case theories and defenses.
• Negotiate settlements to resolve disputes in favor of the client.
• Supervise and delegate work to paralegals, legal assistants, and other team members.
• Maintain awareness and understanding of current changes in law and the legal landscape.

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation attorney.
• Active member of the MA State Bar in good standing.
• Proven experience with motions and strategy in litigation.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage various projects in a busy environment.
• Strong research skills and proficiency in legal research tools.
• High ethical standards and professionalism in dealing with clients, colleagues, and the court.
