Overview
Finnegan’s Bio/Pharm Practice Group is seeking an attorney for our Boston office to manage and supervise patent prosecution, due diligence, and FTO work.
Responsibilities- Run day-to-day supervision and training of technical specialists and junior attorneys
- Work on patent prosecution, due diligence, FTO, and counseling matters
- Handle large clients with large portfolios globally
- Lead client meetings
- 3 or more years of experience in related practice areas
- Science background in vaccines, mRNA technology, biochemistry, peptide chemistry, gene therapy, immunology, or antibodies (required)
- Advanced degree (strongly preferred)
- Licensed to practice before the USPTO and in a state where Finnegan has an office
Annual Salary Range: $235,000 - $435,000
