Source Pro Search is conducting a search for a Trusts & Estates Legal Administrative Assistant to support our law firm client's fast-paced Trusts & Estates Department.
This position is hybrid and based in the Boston office.
What You’ll Do:- Preparing draft estate plan documents and final documents for execution.
- Preparing probate documents and filing packages for probate court.
- Preparing and processing client bills using firm’s billing software.
- Review, edit, prepare and proofread pre‑bills and invoices.
- Ensure client bills are sent out accurately and on time.
- Maintaining client files with current estate plans.
- Maintaining pleadings binders of estate administration cases.
- Handling the post‑execution processes to include drafting of letters to clients and creation of estate planning binders.
- Handling the transmission of original estate plan documents to firm vault.
- Calendar maintenance and appointment setting for attorneys.
- Opening new matters, including conflict check, new matter forms, and engagement letters.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of Legal Administrative Assistant experience, excellent organizational, communication, prioritization and deadline management skills.
- Candidate must exhibit flexibility, attention to detail and maintain strict confidentiality in all client and Firm matters.
