Position Overview

Paralegal at Shook, Hardy & Bacon L.L.P. – A role that supports our growing litigation practice. Responsibilities include document production, discovery, witness and expert interviews, draft pleadings, and subpoenaing records. • Assist in all phases of litigation, including large document production and discovery.
• Coordinate witness and expert interviews and manage related information gathering.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Prepare and administer subpoenas and other discovery requests.
• Support attorneys in case preparation and strategy implementation.

• Experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably with large document sets.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Proficiency with legal research and document‑management software.
