As a Software Implementation Project Manager at Rapid Works, you will have a key role in delivering value to our customers, helping them to deploy our products. You will lead multiple customers simultaneously through a repeatable Implementation plan to generate consistent results, using satisfaction and adoption as your key metrics. Implementations may require periodic travel to customer locations for a successful launch.

You will ensure success by providing post deployment assistance and a smooth transition to the Customer Success and Support teams. You will also collaborate with the Sales, Product and Development teams to help them better understand the customer needs to provide the best possible customer experience.

The Software Implementation Project Manager will be responsible for:
  • Managing and coordinating multiple customers Implementation projects simultaneously with a goal of quality, satisfaction and shorter time to value, reporting on progress to leadership
  • Building your skill set to take on our enterprise or most complex customer implementations to ensure success and adoption while demonstrating an implementation model for other team members to follow.
  • Ensuring an effective hand-off from Sales, clearly understanding the customer’s value proposition, pain points and key stakeholders
  • Meeting with customers to perform an initial discovery session, discuss goals, and translate learnings to Rapid Works product functionality. Out of your discovery discussion, you will manage any product gaps identified, communicate new upsell opportunities to Sales
  • Configuring Rapid Works products to customer specifications, and provide best practice guidance on workflows that will support their business objectives
  • Conducting basic and advanced training in a variety of situations: one-on-one, small group, or large group (both onsite and remote)
  • Delivering a high satisfaction on-boarding experience by being a knowledgeable resource for the customer throughout the process and providing post go-live support to guarantee adoption
  • Contributing to and maintaining documentation of standard procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of customer on-boarding projects and team processes
  • Facilitating an effective handover to support following the completion of projects including customer configuration and key businesses process documentation
Qualifications:
  • At least 3-5 years of Software Implementation experience with a low tech user base
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and promote collaboration between departments
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills used to digest problems effectively and find workable solutions
  • Professionalism within a Team environment with a strong sense of personal ownership and responsibility
  • Creative skills, bringing new ideas to the team
  • Highly service-oriented with customer-facing skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related construction industry experience is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to client sites.
