Marsh is seeking candidates for our open Client Advisor position based in our Boston or NYC office in our FINPRO practice, supporting Private Equity clients. This is a hybrid role that will be in the office 3 times per week.

- In this Client Advisor role, you will develop an understanding of the clients' business strategic priorities, risk strategies and risk management needs to help provide knowledge and advice to complex clients.
- Helps identify the need for new products and develops innovative solutions for clients.
- Completes policy management activities and delivery of reviewed policy to client and helps address client inquiries as necessary.
- Delivers technical expertise in the delivery and presentation of RFP's.

- Independently oversee and manage large or complex accounts and bring the entire team together to formulate the procedure and go-to-market strategy.
- Maintain a near complete understanding of the clients' business strategic priorities, risk strategies and risk management needs to provide advice accordingly to successfully serve clients.
- Utilize expert risk expertise and knowledge of industry and insurance marketplace to review clients' exposures and loss experience, and develop solutions for complex clients' needs, including recommending additional products and services as solutions.
- Develop, present, and oversee the execution of renewal/placement strategies in conjunction with Placement, Advisory Leaders and Client Executives across all zones where product, industry or account criteria dictate.
- Present to prospective clients, identify the need for new products, develop/suggest innovative solutions to client and client team members to gain new clients and projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, and ensure that their complex risk management needs are appropriately met.
- Oversee the production of client deliverables and deliver the final placement to the client to ensure the quality of materials delivered to clients.
- Engage in independent senior-level client interaction and demonstrate expertise in problem solving, areas of coverage and client relationships.
- Serve as a thought leader within the Company and maintain an in-depth knowledge of changing risk and insurance market conditions.
- 5+ years of industry experience, broker experience preferred.
- Management Liability experience a must, PEMA experience a plus.
- P&C license a must, or ability to obtain.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to build strong relationships and build rapport with internal colleagues, clients and carriers.
- Self-starter, resourcefulness with the ability to bring solutions and ideas to the firm.
- Being able to be part of a collaborative team and feel that you can make an immediate impact.
- Having an interest in how you fit in with achieving the practice's goals and an interest in how to meet those goals.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $120,500 to $256,700. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.
