Commercial Lines Account Manager

Woods & Co is partnered with one of the fastest growing insurance agencies in the country. They have been around for over 45 years and pride themselves on their insurance expertise and specialization within commercial and personal lines. Currently, they are looking to onboard a Commercial Lines Account Manager to consolidate the NE region. The ideal candidate will have Account Management expertise within commercial lines and a production mentality.

• Manage and service a book of commercial insurance accounts
• Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes
• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients and carriers
• Support producers with marketing, placement, and retention
• Identify coverage gaps and add-value opportunities

• Experience servicing commercial lines in an agency or brokerage
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple accounts
• Strong communicator with a client-first mindset
• Comfortable working with carriers, clients, and producers
• P&C license (or ability to obtain) preferred
