QA Automation Tester

We are looking for a strong QA Automation Tester for its engagement with client in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate must have solid hands-on experience in automation testing using Selenium and Java and a strong background in financial services environments.

This role requires deep understanding of automation frameworks, regression testing, and CI/CD integration within enterprise applications.

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium and Java
• Develop and enhance automation frameworks
• Perform Functional, Integration, System, and Regression testing
• Execute SIT and support UAT cycles
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines
• Work closely with developers and business analysts in Agile/Scrum setup
• Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools
• Validate data through backend/database testing (SQL preferred)

• 6+ years of QA experience with strong focus on Automation
• Hands-on expertise in Selenium and Java (Mandatory)
• Experience building automation frameworks from scratch or enhancing existing ones
• Strong experience in Regression & Functional testing
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, etc.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

• API testing experience (REST/SOAP)
• Experience with test management tools (JIRA, ALM, etc.)
