MANAGER, GSDM IT CLIENT SERVICES, GSDM Office of Information Technology

This position manages the GSDM Client Services team, including recruiting and selection as well as ongoing training and performance management initiatives for staff members. Provides leadership for the team including directing work, serving as an expert level technical and hierarchical escalation point, assigning tickets, resourcing staff on projects, and monitoring and evaluating team performance.

Primary technologies used in meeting the responsibilities include Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, Citrix, Power Shell, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft SQL Server. The role also requires functional knowledge of VMWare vSphere, networking, HIPAA security, and learning management systems such as Blackboard.

• Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years' experience in the following managerial and leadership skills:

• Ticket management
• Recruiting/hiring
• Resolving disciplinary issues
• Conflict resolution

• Windows 10, 11 and Windows Server 2019
• Enterprise ticketing management such as Service Now
• Windows scripting such as Power Shell
• Desktop management software such as KACE
• Microsoft Active Directory

A working knowledge of vSphere, networking, HIPAA security, learning management systems such as Blackboard, Microsoft SQL, Citrix, and Project Management is also required.
