Position OverviewLocation: South Easton, MA
Internship Duration: June 1, 2026 – End date based on your school schedule
Our Summer Internship Program is your gateway to gaining hands‑on experience in the banking industry, building professional skills and advancing your career—all while being part of a dynamic team.
As an intern, you will actively contribute to meaningful projects, receive mentorship from industry professionals and participate in a comprehensive development program designed to support both your professional and personal growth.
2026 Available Internship Opportunities IT Support / OperationsWorking with our IT team, you’ll review and update the Bank’s Knowledge Base articles to ensure accuracy, relevance and usability. Projects include researching needed updates, revising existing KBs and developing new documentation to support technology operations. This role blends technical support exposure with technical writing and documentation management.
Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field required.
MarketingWorking with our Marketing team, you’ll help deliver and analyze digital marketing campaigns focused on family banking, collegiate banking and digital banking adoption. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with campaign execution, performance analysis and digital engagement strategies.
Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field preferred.
Requirements
We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and contribute. To be eligible for this opportunity, you must:
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university and actively pursuing a four‑year undergraduate degree in a related field
- Be a rising junior or senior with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Possess strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Be proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel and Power Point
- Have reliable transportation to our Main Office at 20 Eastman St., South Easton, MA
- Be able to operate basic office equipment and perform physical tasks such as typing, writing and lifting up to 20 pounds when necessary
- Be able to work in a professional office environment and maintain focus in a fast‑paced setting
