This includes attendance, participation, and contribution in local safety committee meetings as needed.

Job Summary

The MBTA is working on supporting the frontline workforce by implementing a portable, field-accessible solution to centralized safety resources/rules/procedures/bulletins that govern their work and enable remote data collection replacing cumbersome processes enhancing safety and quality. The solution entails implementing software, Comply 365, and delivering mobile devices.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who is passionate about human-centered design and improving the day-to-day experience of MBTA’s frontline workforce. We are building a team that goes beyond system configuration. We are looking for individuals who care deeply about how tools like Comply

The right candidate will approach technology implementation not just as a technical challenge but as a shared opportunity to improve workplace culture, usability, and frontline engagement.

This is a term-limited and project-specific contractor position that is not employed directly by the MBTA. This hybrid position requires being in the office at least two (2) days per week.
