Digital Publishing Specialist
We are currently seeking candidates for a Digital Publishing Specialist opportunity at a highly successful investment management firm located in Boston, MA. The Digital Publishing Specialist will manage the digital asset lifecycle, digital publishing processes, and website maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience performing digital publishing, asset management, and website management responsibilities. Previous experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is required, and Adobe Workfront is highly preferred.
This is a 12-month contract position, paying between $33-$37/hour (depending on experience). This role supports a hybrid work model, consisting of 3 onsite days and 2 remote days per week.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and oversee digital asset lifecycle, including managing metadata and asset availability
- Maintain the storage and organization of digital assets and files, ensuring optimal naming conventions
- Manage, track, and traffic digital assets for usage throughout the organization
- Publish and distribute PDF content across internal/external platforms, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and adherence to publishing standards
- Leverage Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to create, update, and maintain web content (landing pages, sales collateral, marketing materials, and articles)
- Update and maintain company website, and perform troubleshooting as needed
- Identify and resolve content and platform-related issues
- Perform data checks for quality control, ensuring compliance with brand standards and industry regulations
- Support site maintenance activities, including updates and troubleshooting, as required.
- Partner with internal teams to achieve global marketing objectives
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related field required
- 3–5+ years of digital publishing, content management, or advertising experience
- Previous experience in investment management or financial services preferred, but not required
- Strong experience using DAM software and overseeing digital file management
- Experience managing naming conventions, version control, and metadata tagging
- Strong experience utilizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a content management system (CMS) required
- Experience using Adobe Workfront for project management a plus
- HTML knowledge preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proactive and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Understanding of taxonomy and metadata standards for search functionality
