I’m hiring a part-time Founder’s Intern for Powerlab / thetradelab.ai: building AI for supply chain compliance/optimization.

Powerlab is an early-stage startup building AI tools for supply chain compliance and optimization.

I’m a solo founder looking for a part-time Startup Intern to work directly with me on high-priority tasks across operations, content, customer prep, and research. This is a hands‑on role for someone who wants real exposure to how a startup gets built. We incorporated in Oct 2025 and are already partnered with a $55B+ revenue company with 100,000+ employees. Guaranteed 20 hours minimum per week.

If you’re resourceful, reliable, and excited to learn quickly, this role can be a great way to gain meaningful startup experience.

This is a cross‑functional role. Your work will vary week to week based on what matters most. Examples of work include:

• Drafting/editing slides, documents, and internal materials
• Supporting customer meeting prep and follow-up tasks
• Helping record/edit videos and content
• Assisting with outreach and operational tasks
• Using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to move fast
• Basic coding/automation support if you have experience

• Student or early-career candidate looking for startup experience
• Highly organized and dependable
• Comfortable working across different types of tasks
• Fast learner with good judgment
• You already use modern AI tools in your workflow

• Some coding experience using Claude Code or other AI-native coding tools
• Experience with video editing
• Experience with slide design / presentation building

• $15-20/hour to start
• ~20 hours/week (part-time) guaranteed
• Flexible scheduling, with some overlap preferred for collaboration
• If it’s a strong fit and performance is excellent, there is a real path to: bonuses, increased hourly rate, expanded responsibility, equity
