Location: Hybrid 3 days/week onsite in Boston, MA
Duration: 1+ year contract
The Digital Publishing Specialist plays a key role in managing digital publishing and web content maintenance initiatives for the organization, utilizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as the core content management system. This role involves handling digital assets within the DAM (Digital Asset Management) system and ensuring accurate, timely, and controlled publishing processes. The Specialist collaborates with business partners and content owners across the enterprise to deliver seamless client experiences on the company's global websites.
PRINCIPALRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain high-quality publishing standards to ensure accurate and timely distribution of PDF content across internal and external platforms.
- Conduct technical data checks to ensure all publishing efforts align with established quality controls and procedures.
- Support site maintenance activities, including updates and troubleshooting, as required.
- Investigate and resolve content and platform‑related issues, coordinating timely solutions to maintain operational efficiency.
- Create and edit web content such as articles, landing pages and marketing materials using AEM's content management capabilities.
- Contribute to global marketing and distribution objectives by performing additional responsibilities as needed.
- Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of experience in advertising or marketing, preferably within or supporting a financial services organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital publishing practices and procedures, with a willingness to adapt processes to evolving business needs.
- Proficiency in automated project management workflows and content management systems; experience with Workfront and Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet multiple deadlines consistently.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
- Positive, collaborative, and flexible team player who can work independently or as part of a group.
- Customer‑focused approach with strong problem‑solving abilities, sound judgment, and the capacity to handle escalated situations effectively.
- Coordinate and manage asset lifecycle, including metadata and availability
- Ensure efficient naming conventions, storage and organization of files/assets.
- Track and traffic assets for cross‑functional use
- DAM software and file management
- File naming conventions, metadata tagging and version control
- Understanding of taxonomy and metadata standards for search functionality
