As an Analyst on our Digital Product Management team, you will assist in managing a product roadmap for a set of features from inception through implementation. You will document requirements, help establish key performance metrics, and assist in driving execution on a range of digital projects within our client portfolio. You’ll collaborate with our internal teams on the design, development, and testing of world-class digital initiatives.

Having experience with AI technologies or an eagerness to learn and apply AI solutions will be a strong advantage for this role. Sound good? Read on.

• Partnering with creative teams to identify digital solutions to business problems
• Developing user stories and epics to describe how a technology solution would function
• Proactively identifying and resolving technical issues
• Partnering with Technical Leads and Quality Assurance to ensure high quality and timely development and delivery
• Researching and integrating AI-based tools or features into digital solutions, where applicable

• Has a natural curiosity for technology and is always learning
• Is innovative and has a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Is intrigued with how brands use technology to engage with consumers
• Has a basic understanding of or willingness to learn about AI concepts and their applications in digital products
• Is fascinated by creativity and “what if?” thinking
• Is not afraid to ask questions and offer suggestions
• Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL
  · E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.
