Artificial Intelligence Researcher

Seeking an AI Enablement Lead to support investment teams in adopting and scaling the use of artificial intelligence and large language models (LLMs) within their research and analytical workflows. This role will focus on identifying high-impact AI use cases, developing best practices, and delivering training to help analysts and portfolio managers effectively apply AI to tasks such as company analysis, financial modeling, market research, data synthesis, and information gathering.

The position will also involve creating AI playbooks, templates, and reusable workflows, and guiding teams on AI-assisted data science, Python-based data collection, and web scraping, while establishing standards for validating AI-generated outputs.

• Post‑graduate degree preferred in Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience applying Generative AI or LLM tools in professional analytical or investment research workflows.
• Strong understanding of the investment research process, including company analysis, financial modeling, market sizing, and earnings analysis.
• Programming proficiency in Python, including familiarity with data collection and basic web scraping concepts.
• Data science background with hedge fund or investment management experience.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for investment professionals.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with experience conducting training sessions or workshops.
• Strong analytical judgment and understanding of AI limitations, including when outputs require manual validation or additional sourcing.
