  • Hands‑on experience handling pharma lab devices and instruments.
  • Experience executing GxP/GMP SOPs on systems.
  • Exposure to medical‑instrument connections to desktops.
  • Understanding of GxP and GMP processes.
  • Desktop hardware troubleshooting at L2+ (Windows 10, 11).
  • IT desktop support experience for a pharmaceutical company.
  • Exposure to pharma equipment such as Taimo, Thermo Omnic FTIR, Quant Studio and Chem Station.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure: antivirus, Active Directory, asset management and Windows patching.
    • Good To Have
    • Support experience with Lace Box and Empower systems.
    • Familiarity with lab instruments like plate readers, spectrometers and calibrators for Waters, Agilent, etc.
    • Prior IT experience with vendors such as Perkin Elmer in a similar role.
