We are seeking a highly technical Business Analyst to support a Snowflake migration initiative. This is NOT a functional BA role — this position is hands‑on in the data warehouse daily.
This role is heavy on:
• Advanced SQL (complex joins, aggregations, validation logic)
You’ll be knee‑deep in data — identifying discrepancies, tracing transformations, and ensuring HR reporting ties out accurately. If you are more functional than technical, this will not be the right fit.
Must-Have:
- Strong Snowflake experience
- Advanced SQL proficiency
- Direct data warehouse experience
- ETL / transformation knowledge
Nice to Have:
- HR systems / Workday
- Power BI
- Regulated industry experience
Small team, high visibility, fast interview process.
