Your ImpactThe Vertex Data, Technology, and Engineering co‑op program is a 6‑month experiential training program for students currently working toward an undergraduate or advanced degree. If you are passionate, collaborative, and growth‑minded, a co‑op at Vertex will help you gain meaningful experience in our DTE functional areas and serve as a launchpad for your career.

What You Will Be Doing- Commercial Technology Business Analyst: Work with the Veeva CRM team to understand the key functionality of the Global Veeva CRM platform and support platform scalability and health.
- CPEAO & MWS: Assist in the preparation, review, and management of clinical, regulatory, and medical communications and publications; contribute to project teams with requirements gathering, business analysis, implementation, or maintenance.
- G&A, Financial Applications: Support financial applications that enable strategic investing, banking, procurement, and operational competencies. Tasks include implementation, automation, reporting, maintenance, configuration, audit, and more.
- GMDA, GCO, and Clinical Development: Support build and configuration of our business analysis process and delivery of business requirements for projects in Clinical Operations.
- Marketing Technology: Support the DTE Commercial Mar Tech team across Web, Email, and Content platforms; manage global implementation and platform enhancement projects.
- Project Management & Strategic Operations Business Analyst: Refine project reporting, improve data accuracy, and optimize processes within project management tools and systems.
- Project Management & Strategic Operations Knowledge Management: Streamline document management processes and optimize our knowledge repository within Microsoft Teams.
- Quality Regulatory: Contribute to project teams with requirements gathering and support technology assessments, change control processes, and report development.
- Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States, now and in the future.
- If graduating before April 2026, must be enrolled in an advanced degree program.
