The Role

Scitara is seeking a high-performing Solutions Sales Director to drive enterprise adoption of the Scitara DLX platform across the Americas. This is a strategic, consultative sales role focused on helping customers modernize laboratory operations, accelerate digital transformation initiatives, and unlock the transformative value of AI across the laboratory enterprise.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience selling complex SaaS or enterprise technology solutions into life sciences or regulated industries and is excited to learn and evangelize Scitara’s differentiated AI-native platform and its impact on scientific productivity, data utilization, and operational efficiency.

You will play a critical role in expanding Scitara’s footprint within strategic accounts, developing new opportunities, and partnering with our ecosystem of instrument and informatics vendors to deliver transformational customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the full sales cycle for enterprise opportunities across the Americas region
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for target pharmaceutical, biotech, and industrial customers
  • Position Scitara DLX as the foundational platform for laboratory digital transformation and AI enablement initiatives
  • Communicate the differentiated value of Scitara’s AI-native architecture and its impact on scientific productivity, automation, and data-driven decision making
  • Engage senior stakeholders including CIO, CTO, Digital, Quality, Manufacturing, and Scientific leadership
  • Partner closely with Marketing and the Partner Organization to generate pipeline and execute go-to-market programs
  • Lead discovery conversations to align customer business challenges with Scitara solutions and measurable business value
  • Deliver compelling executive presentations, solution overviews, and demonstrations
  • Collaborate with Solutions Consulting, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful deal progression and customer outcomes
  • Create proposals, SaaS agreements, subscription orders, and statements of work in coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity data in CRM systems
  • Consistently exceed revenue targets, pipeline objectives, and sales productivity metrics
  • Deliver an exceptional buying experience that converts prospects into long-term Scitara customers
Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven track record of enterprise software or SaaS sales success, preferably in life sciences, laboratory informatics, or regulated industries
  • Experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions with long sales cycles
